能——AI 可以用你已有的一张照片做出写实自拍，测试里最好的模型几乎完全保住了脸。 每个模型用同样的照片和描述做了 5 张自拍，外加一张只用文字描述的自拍，每张脸都用 FaceNet 和照片做了对比。模型之间最大的差别是脸保留得有多像，以及结果还像不像一张自拍。
- 脸最像、也最划算： GPT Image 2.5 和 Seedream 5.0 Flash——6 张都每项合格，约 15 点数，脸部相似度 0.96 和 0.95。
- 同样 6 张都每项合格： FLUX 3 和 Nano Banana 2.1。
- 要注意： Nano Banana Pro 有三张自拍里手机画错了位置，脸也最松。

「可用」数的是没有一项不合格的自拍，「每项合格」数的是四项都完全合格的自拍，不算平均分。脸部相似度比较自拍里的脸和照片里的脸（1.00 表示完全相同；我们几位不同的测试人物彼此之间在 0.22 以下）。只用文字的那张没有输入的脸。

每张照片检查什么
- 像输入照片里的人。 每个人（或宠物）都认得出是输入照片里的那一个：脸、头发、体型。
- 像一张自拍。 手机拍摄的角度和构图，手臂或镜子的位置合理，看起来没修过图。
- 符合描述。 场景、衣服、姿势和风格都按描述来。
- 写实。 能当真照片看：皮肤、手、眼睛和光线没有明显的 AI 痕迹。
每项检查记为合格、部分合格或不合格，不加分，也不算平均分。没有任何一项不合格的照片算作可用；表里数的是可用的张数，和每项都合格的张数。没出图的请求算作不可用。每个结果都列在下面，都附原图链接。
脸部相似度是测出来的，不是看出来的：用 FaceNet（在 VGGFace2 上训练的 InceptionResnetV1）把每张脸转成一组数字，计算结果里的脸和输入照片里的脸之间的余弦相似度，逐人对应。1.00 表示同一张脸；我们几位不同的输入人物彼此之间在 -0.22 到 0.22 之间。

上面六位都是光线好、正对镜头的成年人。为了试试别的脸和更难的照片，我们用 AI 模型又做了六位测试人物：一位七十岁左右的女性、一位戴粗框眼镜的男性、一位戴针织帽的女性、一位侧着脸的男性、一位在傍晚昏暗房间里的女性、一位背对明亮窗户的男性。2026 年 10 月 15 日，把每个人的照片配上面咖啡馆自拍的描述，发给默认模型和测试里性价比最高的两个模型。
- GPT Image 2.5：六个人都每项合格。
- Seedream 5.0 Flash：脸最像（平均 0.93），但有一次没画出伸出去的手臂（戴帽子的那位），一次把手机画在了手里（侧着脸的那位）。
- Nano Banana 2.1：六张都可用；戴眼镜的男性和暗光里的女性脸像得松一些（脸部相似度 0.74 和 0.79）。
