Scope
This policy applies to all prompts, uploads, generated photos and other media, shared content, and other activity on PicYep. It supplements the Terms of Service.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use PicYep to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute:
- Pornographic, NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexualized content, including content involving minors or persons who may appear to be minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any content that facilitates abuse.
- Face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or manipulated depictions of real people intended to mislead, harass, defraud, or violate their rights.
- Photos of well-known public figures, such as actors, singers, athletes and politicians, or requests to show them.
- Making a real person look nude, undressed or sexually suggestive, placing them in made-up compromising scenes or fake documents, or mocking or disfiguring how they look.
- Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children.
- Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, self-harm, illegal violence, or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
- Hateful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content targeting protected persons or groups.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive advertising, forged evidence, or misleading political and civic content.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Malware, credential theft, security bypasses, service abuse, or attempts to evade moderation, rate limits, billing, or access controls.
- Any content or activity prohibited by applicable law or by the policies of our infrastructure, model, storage, or payment providers.
Photos of People
PicYep is made for photos of yourself and of people who have agreed to it. Working from such a photo to change the clothing, the setting, the light or the pose is what the service is for.
What is not allowed is listed above: putting one person's face on another, making someone appear to do or say what they did not, or working from a photo of someone who has not agreed.
Every photo made here is AI-generated. Do not present one as a photograph of something that happened, as evidence, or as an official identity photo.
Your Responsibilities
Only upload or generate material you have the right to use. Review outputs before publishing them, label synthetic media when context requires it, and obtain consent before depicting identifiable people.
Enforcement
PicYep screens prompts and uploaded photos and may block requests, remove content, restrict sharing, suspend accounts, preserve audit records, or report unlawful activity where required. Attempts to evade safeguards may lead to immediate suspension.
Appeals and Contact
A request that does not pass the content check is not started and is not charged. If you believe a request or account action was handled incorrectly, contact support@picyep.com with relevant details. Do not include passwords, API keys, or payment card data.
