Acceptance
By accessing or using PicYep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PicYep is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ByteDance, Google, or any other AI model provider referenced in the product.
Service
PicYep provides a web-based AI photo generator and related creative tools. The service currently focuses on AI-generated photos and images and may expand to other AI-generated media, such as video or audio, over time; these Terms apply to any such features. The service may include generation workspaces, ready-made looks, a personal photo library, credit accounting, subscriptions, sharing, and support features.
Some generation capabilities may be in preview, beta, or dependent on third-party model availability. Interactive previews may estimate credits or demonstrate a workflow without producing final media. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product and provider integrations evolve.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions
Credits are used to estimate and meter generation requests. A quote is an estimate and may expire or change before execution. Credits are taken when a request is accepted. If a request ends without delivering a photo, its credits are returned automatically; credits for a delivered photo are not returned. The Refund Policy sets out each case.
Paid plans and credit packs are billed according to the price shown at checkout. Taxes, payment processor fees, currency conversion, and provider availability may vary by region. Unless stated otherwise, unused credits are not cash equivalents and cannot be transferred outside the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PicYep to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Create, upload, or distribute content you do not have rights to use.
- Generate harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or illegal content.
- Generate pornographic, NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexualized content.
- Create face swaps, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes, or manipulated depictions that violate another person's rights.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, abuse controls, or access restrictions.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
AI Output
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, legally compliant, or fit for a specific purpose.
Using the Photos You Make
Between you and PicYep, the photos you make are yours. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, such as your own website, advertising, or work for a client, whether you are on the free allowance or a paid plan. We ask for no credit and add no watermark.
What we cannot give you is more than we have:
- Other people's rights. A photo that shows a real person, a brand, a product, or a work someone else made may need their permission, whatever tool made it. You are responsible for the rights in what you upload and for how you use the result.
- The model makers' terms. The AI models are provided by third parties whose terms can restrict certain uses. Where they do, those limits apply to you as well.
- Copyright and exclusivity. Whether an AI-generated image can be protected by copyright depends on your country, and someone else may make a similar image. We do not promise that a photo is unique, protectable, or free of any claim.
- Indemnity. We do not defend or compensate you if someone objects to how you used a photo.
We keep no claim on your photos. We use them only to run the service for you: to store them in your library, to show them to you, and, when you share one, to show it at its link.
If you believe a photo made or shared here infringes your rights, or shows you without your consent, write to support@picyep.com with the link and what you object to. We review each report, can remove the content or its share link, and tell you the outcome.
Third-Party Providers
The service relies on payment, storage, hosting, email, and AI infrastructure providers; the Privacy Policy names them. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, availability limits, and content rules.
Purchases are sold through Waffo, which acts as the Merchant of Record: it takes the payment and issues the receipt, and its name may appear on your statement.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights you have in your inputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We retain rights in the PicYep service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and infrastructure. You grant us the rights needed to process inputs, provide the service, troubleshoot issues, and enforce these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that may expose us to legal or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicYep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, providing notice through the service.
