Failed Generations
Credits are taken when a request is accepted. If the request ends without delivering a photo, they come back on their own; you do not need to ask.
- The request is refused before it starts: there are not enough credits, the request does not pass content screening, or screening is unavailable. Nothing is charged.
- The model fails or returns nothing. The credits are returned in full as soon as the failure is recorded, usually within a minute or two and at the latest at the 10-minute limit below.
- No result after 10 minutes. The request is ended and the credits are returned in full. A result that arrives after that is discarded.
- A photo was made but could not be saved to your library. We keep trying to save it. If it is still not saved 10 minutes after the request was sent, the credits are returned in full.
- You asked for several photos and received fewer. You pay for the photos you received. The share for the rest is returned when the request finishes.
- The same request is sent twice, by a double click or a refresh. It is made once and charged once.
- A photo was delivered. Its credits are not returned, including when the result is not what you hoped for.
While a request is still waiting in line, you can cancel it under the photo, and its credits are returned in full. Once the photo is being made it can no longer be canceled; it ends when the photo is ready, when it fails, or at 10 minutes. When Fal, which runs the models, gives up on a request because it took too long, we send it once more, at no extra charge, while there is time left.
Once a day, a photo you mark as not right can be made again for free: the same request, one photo, with no credits taken. Each photo can be made again this way once.
Every charge and return is listed in your credit history, and each request in your generation record shows its refund status. If a return looks wrong, write to support@picyep.com with the request ID.
We may withhold returns from, or suspend, an account that repeatedly submits prohibited requests or abuses returns, as the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy describe.
Returned credits are not money. Getting a payment back is a separate request, described under Payment Refund Requests below.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription from the billing area at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. You keep access until the current billing period ends. Unused credits from a monthly plan carry over for one more month and then expire; credits from an annual plan expire at the end of the year. Canceling does not remove credits early.
Payment Refund Requests
To request a payment refund, email support@picyep.com within 14 days of purchase and include your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason. We respond within three business days.
Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. Consumed credits, completed generations, fraudulent use, policy violations, and costs already incurred may reduce or eliminate the refundable amount, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing commonly takes 5-10 business days.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate or unrecognized charge. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. We may request the receipt or transaction identifier needed to investigate.
Provider Processing
Payments and refunds may be processed by our Merchant of Record or payment provider. Their processing times, regional restrictions, and mandatory consumer protections also apply.
